Amazing Italian food in downtown SLC..
The Brio Italian Grill is located in the SLC mall, right in the heart of downtown. After an evening of shopping it is a great place to relax and eat amazing food. I have been there three times now because it’s just too good!! The beef carpaccio is a must have every time!! Melt in your mouth goodness.
The pasta is, of course, amazing as well…
Shrimp and eggplant for an appetizer..
Crispy chicken with perfectly seasoned veggies..
And a beautiful crème brûlée for dessert..
I love Brio and will eat there every single time I visit SLC..The staff, food and atmosphere are wonderful each time I stop by..
