An amazing food truck in SLC...
SOBE EATS is a food truck that I found while visiting Salt Lake City. Their food is absolutely beautiful and tastes amazing.
The staff was super friendly and happy to see me each time I visited..
Even though they only offered tostadas, the selection was so varied and everything tasted so good that I had to visit multiple times.
If you ever see one of their trucks, pull over right away and get ready for some noteworthy food : )
